ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Mark McCoy

Mark is focused on advising mid-market companies on M&A and debt and equity fundraising.

Prior to joining Pegasus Capital, Mark spent eight years at EY, where he began working on the audits of multinational insurance clients before moving into EY’s Transaction Services team for 4 years as he pursued his interests in Corporate Finance. Mark advised private equity and large listed corporate clients on both buyside and sell side transactions across several sectors including Aircraft Leasing, Wealth Management, Technology and Payments.

Mark has in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process and since joining Pegasus Capital has worked on a number of Debt & Equity fundraising and company exits.

Mark has an honours degree in Statistics and Economics from UCD and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
