Mark Metcalfe

Mark joined Pegasus Capital in 2018 and specialises in providing private Irish companies with cross-border M&A buy-side and sell-side advice.

He has led transactions in a number of sectors including business services, financial services, food and technology sectors including sale of John Spain Associates Ltd. to ORS Ltd., sale of Twomey Moran & Partners Ltd. to PwC, US$64m sale of Betapond Ltd. T/A StitcherAds to Kargo Global Inc., MBO of Engage Hub Ireland Ltd., sale of Sparrow Insurance Ltd. to Aston Lark Ltd. and LearnUpon Ltd.’s US$56m equity fundraising by Summit Partners.

Prior to joining Pegasus Capital, Mark held a number of senior roles in Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking with a particular focus on Private Equity led investments in Ireland. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has an honours degree in International Agribusiness.
