Michael Hussey

Michael works with clients to originate and execute M&A transactions, with a particular focus on international trade sales and private equity deals in the industrials, engineering, business services and IT services sectors.

Prior to joining Pegasus Capital in 2023, Michael spent nine years working for Davy Corporate Finance, the last three years as a Director leading their private company M&A team and advising on several high-profile deals in the Irish market through that time. He also spent the first nine years of his career in London working in various M&A-related roles.

Michael is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a dual member of the Chartered Accountants England & Wales, has an honours degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and a Diplome International from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Sciences-Po”).
