MANAGER

Peter Hyde

Peter is a Manager at Pegasus Capital, where he started working in August 2020.

Prior to this, he gained valuable experience working at Citigroup and KPMG. Since working with Pegasus, Peter has worked on a number of cross-border M&A and fundraising deals, primarily within the technology and professional services sectors.

Recent featured transactions include Adaptive Mobile Security (sale to Enea AB), Rainmaker Technologies (sale to Skymetrix GmbH) and John Spain Associates (sale to ORS Limited).

Peter graduated with First-Class Honours in BSc. Finance from University College Cork and went on to earn an MSc. in Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial College London. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
