Fundraising for Rye River Brewing Company Ltd.

Rye River Brewing Co. Ltd. ("Rye River Brewing") is a leading Irish craft brewer. It owns a number of award-winning beer brands including McGargles and serves the Irish and export beer markets.

Pegasus Capital advised the company on a fundraising by specialist debt provider Bluebay Asset Management with the funding used to finance the development of a state-of-the-art 45,000 sq.ft. brewery in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

The new brewery will have capacity to produce up to 110,000 hectolitres of beer annually. The funding will also cover additional working capital requirements of the business as it continues to grow.
