Pegasus Capital advised Axis Education Group on its agreement to acquire Studyclix, Ireland's most widely used online study platform for Junior and Leaving Cert students.

Studyclix organises the Junior and Leaving Cert curriculum by topic, giving students and teachers access to past exam questions, marking schemes, examiner reports, notes and study tools in one place. It has become a trusted fixture of second-level exam preparation across Ireland, used by thousands of students and teachers nationwide.

This acquisition strengthens Axis Education Group's second-level offering, pairing the Dublin Academy of Education's teaching with Studyclix's digital reach and deepening the group's ability to support learners both in the classroom and online.
