BearingPoint Technology GmbH (“Beyond Now”) is the Austrian-based telecommunications software business formerly owned by BearingPoint Holding BV, a leading global business consultancy. Its Infonova software solution is a Software-As-A-Service (“SAAS”) platform that enables telecommunications companies to better monetise their customers.

The Infonova software helps its customers to digitally transform, benefiting from new technologies such as cloud hosting, Internet-of-Things, 5G networks and Artificial Intelligence. Beyond Now has offices across Europe and the US and in excess of 200 employees. Its customer base includes a large number of major global telecommunications companies.

Pegasus Capital advised the Beyond Now senior executive team on a management buy-out of the business in late 2021, including the negotiation of terms with BearingPoint Holding BV and the funding of the transaction. Under its new ownership, the business was re-branded as Beyond Now in early 2022.
