Sale of Ramada Hyde Park and Ramada Ealing to Westmont Hospitality Group
Ramada Hyde Park and Ramada Ealing are two large London based hotels. Pegasus Capital advised on a sale of the hotels to Westmont Hospitality Group, who subsequently conducted a significant refurbishment and rebranded the hotels under the Hilton brand.
The transaction facilitated significant new investment in the hotels to enable them to achieve their full potential.
