Simtech Aviation Ltd. ("Simtech") is a Dublin-based aviation simulator and training business.  Pegasus Capital advised on the sale of the business to Buzzard Aviation Holdings Ltd.; a joint venture between private equity fund Renatus Capital Partners and the Martello Group, an aviation investment group.  

The transaction facilitated the retirement of one of Simtech's founders, and provided growth capital for the future development of the business.
