Pegasus Capital advised Redfaire on its agreement to acquire eKal Solutions. eKal Solutions is a UK-based specialist in Oracle Fusion consulting with a strong reputation for delivering successful HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain transformation projects.

This acquisition will enable Redfaire and eKal Solutions to deliver deeper, end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud Solutions for customers across the globe.
